BIO

Carolyn Parker (Cincinnati, Ohio) is a fine art photographer and media creator exploring the architectures of memory, identity, and reflection. Observing lineage while examining the thresholds between rupture and renewal, she sometimes introduces generative techniques as a way of listening differently to images already made and histories already lived. Ultimately, the work asks what remains when explanation is no longer required, and when authority comes not from mastery, but from integration.
